Okay, so it's only a few days late, but Happy 2008 to everyone. Just wanted to say thanks once again to James for coming down to Atlanta to celebrate Leah's baptism as the Godfather. Hope the hellish return trip was worth it. It was awesome to have you there and we're looking forward to you guys being closer to us very, very soon.

As bad as I look in the second pic, you should have seen me by the time I got home. Just minutes after we got off the phone Sunday night I was about 25 miles from Madison. All of the sudden the traffic starts to slow down and then come to a standstill. We moved about .5 a mile in 30 minutes. Jen wasn't home so I call my dad and he gets on the internet and finds out that there was a 100 car pile up and both directions on the interstate were closed. So we continued to inch along until finally I was able to U-turn and go back the other way, find a highway and get back to the Madison airport. What normally takes 2.5 hours took about 5. It was an outstanding weekend though. Too bad we can't control the weather!!
Dammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmnnnnnnnnnnnnn dude. I had no idea about that last part. I heard United was so nice that they credited you with 250 miles. That's real big of them. A-holes.
Happy New Year!
Nice pcis of Leah and the old dude.
Hey now...I was complaining about being old the other day and a teacher scoffs and says that I'm not even 30. I gave her a big hug and told her that a gift would be forthcoming.
