Nice soap foam coming out of my shorts on the run. I hand washed my shorts a few days befor eht event. I guess i used too much soap.

I don't know that I could have blown nut like that in the middle of a 10K. Good work my friend.
Those are great. The soap is awesome. Did you swim in your shirt also?? I've got to get some tri shorts. I felt out of place in my speedo at my last tri.
