Daily training log

Well, after 2.5 weeks of no exercise I got out for a short run. Man, it's amazing how quick the fitness goes away. The vet school has a "dog jog" coming up that Abbey and I plan on taking down. Should be fun. Guess I'd better wear my slickers. (If you don't know what slickers are then you never mowed yards with Jeremy.)

I know how you feel. I've hopped on the stationary bike at the house a couple of times since the triathlon (only made it back to Curves once...I just don't have that motivation to get up in the morning now that I don't have the tri/boys weekend to look forward to). I tweeked my hammy/groinal area playing tennis on Monday. I am a WUSS.

You and Abby give 'em hell.

I biked hard the last week. I have biked the Ledges Mountain (directly across from Target. Much more difficult that Cecil Ashburn) three times in the last week. I started with the Ledges Mountain and then biked to the river and back to the Y. Total of 19 miles. I'm probably in the best bike shape I've ever been in.
