You have to install the program, so you may not be able to do it at work, but his is pretty cool. It's a lot like the msn page, but much easier to use once you get it running. At my parent's house you can see my dad's car in the driveway.
I can't wait until these feeds are live. Then I could be out in the driveway waving at you guys. Or we could look and see if Boner is really going to the gym or not.

Okay, I'm finding this one a lot less user friendly. There are no numbers to designate highways so it's difficult to navigate the burbs.
True, but don't you find it quick and easy to move around the globe. It probably isn't great for directions unless you know the area. I haven't used it that much. The msn one just took soooo long to load the images. Maybe it's my computer.
I found it just the opposite...the google one was a lot slower loading images. Here's what bites: they are using the same exact images from over two years ago. Same number of cars in the parking lot at my office...no pool at my parents' house...Georgia Tech's football stadium still under construction...empty fields across the street from my office where LA Fitness really is (I swear guys...I really am a member...the gym really exists).
Did you download the free software, that was then installed on the computer? The one I am using is not from a website. You run it from your computer and the "google earth" window opens. The first thing you see is the Earth. Then you just use your mouse wheel to scroll in as close as you want. You can also pan anywhere in the world using your mouse. If you don't like mine, just say it.
I downloaded it to my computer. I just don't think it's as easy to navigate and since the images are identical I like the web based one from msn better.
