Welcome Home James
How does it feel to be back in the good ol' South? Where it's 80 degrees by 9:00 am and your shirt sticks to your back on your drive to work. I believe yesterday the heat index was around 103 when I left the office. Ahhh, summertime. Well, I've got the bike rack on the car (just have to remember to put the bike on when I get home) and I've put in my last mini-workout before the tri (10.5 mile bike ride). I'll give you guys a call when I get home tonight. Hope the traveling goes well for Phil, Ryan, and Kevcock. See ya.

Thanks. I would never recommend a 12 hour drive, going south, without A/C. I think I drank 100+ ounces of Mtn Dew yesterday.
Anyone want to bike over the mountain tomorrow morning?? Just something I wanted to do. If Jeremy's father-in-law can do it surely we can do it.
